Finding inner peace in the modern world is a significant challenge, so to find inner peace, we must also find inner silence within. I believe that Yoga can guide us to connect our body and mind and find our inner peace. Reflexology, Ayurveda therapy sessions are also avaialble.

Eating food as close to nature as possible also helps you to maintain a healthy mind and a healthy body. Here is where I share my healthy recipes and plant-based cooking. I love discovering new things in the kitchen. You may be fully vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian or simply seeking for healthy recipes---but either way, you can discover many healthy recipes here. Most of the recipes are gluten-free and refined sugar-free and easy to prepare and cook. To have good health, you need to take care of your body, mind, and soul. We all have the power to become a witness and discover the inner stillness and health that lies within. Recipes are available in English, Japanese and French.
