This is the pasta that everybody would just love and enjoy ! You can find this Japanese style pasta at the most of Italian restaurants in Tokyo and it is one of the popular dishes that called ' Wafu pasta'.

Ingredients
・3 bunch Dry Bio spaghetti
・1 clove garlic chopped
・1 bunch of spinach
・1 leeks ( sliced )
・ 1/2 pack of Mushroom
・4 spoon of soy sauce
・1/2 cup pasta water
・ Farm fresh butter
1. Prepare a large pot of lightly salted water and bring it to a boil.
2. Prepare a large wok or large pan over medium heat and the chopped garlic after oil is heated.
3. Fly the garlic just for a minute and add the mushroom and cook for 3 mins. Then, and the leeks and stir-fry for another 5 mins.
4. Start cooking spaghetti.
5. Add the spinach and cook well until it's cooked.
6. Add the butter and soy sauce and mix them very well. Cook for another 3 mins. Then, add the pasta water and cook for another 10 mins.5 Turn off the heat and add a little bit butter and soy sauce one more time to taste the pasta, then mix well with the cooked pasta. Serve warm.
