As an Ayurvedic Counselor, Radha can assist you in bringing clarity and balance on an emotional and physical level.
Sometimes we have emotions that we have trouble expressing, unhealthy patterns that we hold on to, or fears that need to express. Not only will help you to physical issues but also to facilitate release and create a safe and protected space for you. Radha may recommend lifestyle changes, change of diet, the use of essential oils, yoga, meditation, and mantra and more to assist the journey back to health. The counseling is very rejuvenating the body and mind from the constant stresses of our modern living.

From second counseling 45 minutes € 50
・ Reflexology food therapy 1-hour € 80 (Women's only) it is a therapeutic food therapy.
