Are you new to Yoga?
Great! Welcome to Radhe Aananda Yoga and Healing!
What you need to know is...

Please wear comfortable clothes and expect to get a bit warm.

Avoid eating at least one hour before class.

Please bring your yoga mat and a water bottle. ( optional)

You might need a hoodie or sweater to keep you warm during the final relaxing pose.
