Are you new to Yoga? 

Great! Welcome to Radhe Aananda Yoga and Healing!

 

 What you need to know is...

  • Please wear comfortable clothes and expect to get a bit warm.

  • Avoid eating at least one hour before class.

  • Please bring your yoga mat and a water bottle. ( optional) 

  • You might need a hoodie or sweater to keep you warm during the final relaxing pose.
