Ingredients
Serves 3
・1 Onion
・1 Small pumpkin
・150ml Bio ( organic ) Soya milk
・1 tbs of farm butter
・1 vegetarian soup broth
・1 tbs of grated ginger
Recipe
1. Slice the onion and sauté the onion with the farm butter.
2. Dice the pumpkin and add them into the saucepan, then add some water and 1 vegetarian soup broth and cook until the pumpkin becomes soft. Add the grated ginger in between.
2. Mash the pumpkin with a blender, then add the soya milk.
3. Add the salt and pumpkin if you wish.
4. Bon apetti!
